Muntadhar al-Zeidi the awesome dude who threw his boots at village idiot George W. Bush was originally sentenced to three years in prison. His sentence has been reduced to only one year. His lawyer says he will probably serve only five months for good behavior. This guy is a national hero in the Arab world, and also here in Northside. This is considered a huge victory for him and his family and especially his legion of fans. Civil Disobedience gets a thumbs up from me.

Muntadhar al-Zeidi the awesome dude who threw his boots at village idiot George W. Bush was originally sentenced to three years in prison. His sentence has been reduced to only one year.
