The Congress voted down President Obama's request to close the Bush embarrassment called GITMO. The Bush administration set back foreign relations 220 years by opening GITMO and ABU GRAIB prisons. I'm disappointed by the Democrats that we elected recently. Your job was to help end the wars and give us a new face for the world to see. I understand that the republicans would vote against it. Look at the brain power of that party, enough said. I say grow a pair and do the right thing, for politicians that is a tall order. If a prisoner is found guilty in a court of law then they do their debt to society and move on. But to have people in a prison and leave them there with no trial date and no representation is criminal. I still don't understand why Bush and his cronies are not locked up? I guess the same reason that all the Catholic Priests are still roaming free. They are above the law!
