Nobody Cares about the pope...

The new pope seems to be having absolutely no effect on anything that is happening in the world. The head of the rapidly dying catholic church is stuck in the dark ages. His views on birth control, aids, and abstinence are so out of touch it's not even funny anymore. The church is still and always was a business first and foremost. The vatican is a monarchy with the pope in charge. Old, sexually repressed men are running the most crooked and meaningless corporation in the world, not to mention one of the most powerful. The idea of a universal church is a complete scam. yet they still bring in billions of dollars every year. People still bow down to a religious figure who represents a fictional character from a poorly written brainwashing novel. I have to laugh at people who make cracks at Dianetics, Jehovah's Witnesses, Mormons etc, when they believe in what is written in the bible. Christianity is the biggest CULT in the world.
